At Celest Beauty Atelier, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the best possible experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you take a moment to read our booking policy before scheduling your appointment. Appointments can be conveniently booked online through our booking system. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Please ensure that all personal information provided during booking is accurate so we can contact you if necessary. Certain treatments, including Powder Brows and GREEN PEEL®, require a consultation before treatment to ensure they are suitable for your skin and individual goals. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows enough time to settle in and complete any necessary consultation forms. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client's appointment. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment cost. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. Treatment packages are personalised and non-transferable. To achieve the best possible results, we recommend completing your treatment course within the suggested timeframe provided by your therapist. Package purchases are non-refundable. Please inform us before your appointment if you: Are pregnant or breastfeeding Have allergies or sensitive skin Have recently undergone cosmetic procedures Are taking medication that may affect your skin Have any medical conditions that may influence your treatment Your safety is always our priority. Celest Beauty Atelier reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not suitable, safe, or in the client's best interest. To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless assistance is required. Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
